Technology as the Thread That Transforms Fashion's Future

The fashion industry stands at a critical juncture, celebrated for its creativity yet facing mounting pressure over environmental impact and operational inefficiencies. With 92 million tonnes of textile waste produced annually and design-to-manufacturing cycles stretching up to 18 months, the sector must evolve to meet demands for both speed and sustainability.

This series of panel discussions brings together fashion executives, large-scale manufacturers, and technology leaders to explore how emerging innovations—from AI-powered design tools and digital twins to blockchain supply chain systems—are fundamentally reshaping the design-to-manufacturing process. These conversations examine real-world implementations and strategic pathways for leveraging technology to achieve measurable improvements in sustainability, efficiency, and effectiveness, addressing not just the ethical imperatives of responsible production but the business imperatives that will define competitive advantage in the years ahead.

2p Panel:

Predict Before the Click: Anticipatory AI, Zero-Friction Retail, and the End of Reactive Marketing
For Manufacturers Anticipatory systems can forecast demand before the consumer consciously expresses it. This session addresses how AI-driven predictive analytics may compress production cycles, reduce overproduction, and enable intelligent material sourcing based on behavioral data streams rather than historical sales alone.
For Brands Reactive marketing is giving way to predictive engagement. How can brands leverage behavioral data, digital twins, and AI-driven segmentation to deliver hyper-personalized drops? And how do we balance personalization with privacy and regulatory compliance?
For Gaming Stakeholders Gaming platforms generate rich behavioral data. This panel examines how gameplay patterns, avatar customization, and virtual purchasing behavior can inform predictive fashion trends — and how ethical data use will shape the future of immersive commerce.

3.30p Panel:

Coordinating Complexity: Agentic AI for Demand Forecasting, Sourcing, and Production Synchronization
Fashion supply chains are defined by volatility — shifting demand, material constraints, and compressed timelines. This talk examines how networks of AI agents can coordinate decisions across forecasting, sourcing, supplier allocation, and production execution in near real time. Rather than replacing planners, agentic systems act as decision copilots, enabling faster responses with greater accuracy and resilience. Best-Practice Focus: - Multi-agent systems across suppliers and tiers - Data interoperability and shared truth models - Aligning AI decisions with brand, cost, and ESG priorities - Preparing organizations for semi-autonomous decision-making

5p: Panel:

Radical Transparency at Scale
Digital Product Passports, Interoperability, and the Future of Verified Fashion Traceability. As international regulatory pressures (like the EU’s Digital Product Passport requirements) accelerate, brands and manufacturers must adopt interoperable data standards and traceability infrastructures. This panel will unpack how digital product passports unlock supply-chain transparency, support compliance, and create new value in lifecycle analytics — all while fostering trust across stakeholders.

Redefining the Fashion Retail Experience

The point of retail is where fashion meets its ultimate moment of truth. But…the forces now shaping that moment have never been more dynamic or more full of creative possibility. From AI-powered styling apps that act as personal shoppers to Agentic AI systems capable of anticipating consumer needs before they're consciously expressed, from immersive virtual try-on technologies that eliminate the friction of online shopping to gaming platforms that turn brand discovery into an experience, the retail touchpoint is reinvented to be consumer-centric.

This series of talks and exhibitions brings together retail innovators, game developers and tech pioneers to present the creative and commercial strategies that are turning retail from a transactional endpoint into a thriving cultural powerhouse that is immersive, personalized, and endlessly engaging expression of what fashion brands can be today.

2:00p Panel: Designing the Consumer-Centric Ecosystem

For Manufacturers:
The future supply chain will be data-responsive, not season-driven. This conversation explores modular production, digital twins, smart materials, and how integrated AI systems can synchronize production with live consumer demand signals.
For Brands: Retail touchpoints are dissolving into ecosystems. From AI stylists to social avatars to immersive storefronts, brands must design for continuity across physical and digital environments. What does true omnichannel look like in an AI-native era?
For Gaming Stakeholders: Gaming ecosystems are already consumer-centric by design. How can fashion brands integrate into persistent digital worlds without disrupting immersion? We explore avatar interoperability, decentralized identity, and the economics of digital self-expression.

5:00p Panel: Immersive Retail as the New Fitting Room
Intersections of Brand Identity, Personal Expression, and Virtual Fashion Revenue
For Manufacturers
Virtual try-on technologies and 3D garment simulation reduce sampling cycles and return rates. We discuss how digital product creation (DPC), fabric digitization, and fit data integration can streamline supply chains while improving sustainability metrics.
For Brands Virtual try-on is no longer novelty — it is infrastructure. How can immersive fitting experiences increase conversion, reduce returns, and build consumer trust? We explore the evolution from utility-driven try-on to identity-driven styling ecosystems.
For Gaming Stakeholders In gaming, identity precedes purchase. What can fashion retail learn from avatar-based self-expression? This session explores how gaming-grade rendering, physics engines, and digital wearables can transform online retail into an interactive identity-building experience.
